Room Was Very clean although used a little too much perfume. Parking was Plenty and safe. Although the area around the hotel was bad and I wouldn't want to go out at night, it was fairly clean and the front desk was friendly and helpful. The beds were OK and it was fairly clean.

Did not feel secure while staying there.

It was a pleasant stay. Slept comfortable, quiet, good location.

Good for the price, fridge and microwave nice to have in the room, very clean room.

Staff was horrible. Allowing friends or family to occupy rooms and using road cones to block some of the very few parking spots for their vehicles. Rooms were very unclean. Maid service would make beds, empty trash, provided new towels. However, the floor was so dirty it turned the bottom of your feet black just by walking across the room. This is a good economic hotel. I have no real complaints. And the staff is very friendly.

It is a place to sleep with no real problems, that's all we are looking for in a hotel.

liked the hotel location, just near in universal studio. There is refrigerator, microwave, dryer, coffee maker and television with cable and HBO. I loved it.
